By submitting this form you are engaging SoftOrigins to provide you with our US Wine Traders eCommerce solution and agreeing to pay a one-time fee of $2,495 (an initial payment of $999 is required on sign-up) plus $39.95/month (billed semi-annually).  After submission you will be contacted by a SoftOrigins representative.
 

If your winery already has a web site, we can integrate our eCommerce solution for as little as $2,495.  This includes your online inventory and sales management tools, shopping cart and more.  A low monthly fee of $39.95 (billed semi-annually) covers access to credit card transaction processing, Web hosting of your online storefront, and support.

Payment is due in two installments. The first payment of $999 is due at sign-up and may be paid by check, electronic check or credit card. The second payment of $1,496 is due when US Wine Traders completes and deploys your eCommerce solution to your Web site. 

A monthly maintenance fee of $39.95/month ($479.40/annually) is billed semi-annually in two equal payments of $239.70 beginning when US Wine Traders completes and deploys your eCommerce solution to your Web site. Additional maintenance fee payments are due every sixth months at the beginning of the service cycle.  If you terminate your service for any reason, maintenance services payments are non-refundable.
