2. The shipper is responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in both the origin and destination states. The shipper is further responsible to determine whether shipper and recipient meet all applicable requirements, and whether shipment may be legally transported by common carrier. 3. US Wine Traders is NOT responsible for the completion, submittal or success of any winery grant application. It is the responsibility of the applicant winery to fulfill the obligations of the grant application. Each winery is responsible for making the full payment to US Wine Traders services regardless of their grant status.
4. US Wine Traders does not represent any government agency. Downloading the grant application from our site does not constitute any formal representation. Grant application is provided only as a courtesy to help wineries apply for their grant.
5. US Wine Traders is not responsible for errors and omissions in auto-filled grant applications. Each winery should ensure the accuracy of the application before submitting to the appropriate state agency.
6. US Wine Traders is not a payment gateway or a merchant account processor, bank, financial institution. We are not responsible for charge backs or any financial issues between a winery and their customer. We provide a transaction management service only and are not responsible for any transaction that takes place through our site.
7. US Wine Traders does not perform any banking services. All monies exchanged via the eCommerce platform are between the transacting parties.  US Wine Traders in not a participant in the transaction. US Wine Traders does not authorize, endorse, or guarantee completeness, accuracy or authenticity of the transaction in any way.
8.  Transactions made through the US Wine Traders eCommerce system may be subject to the following fees: Merchant Chargeback Fee: $25.00 and Check Return Fee: $30.00.  Such fees are the sole responsibility of the winery.
9. US Wine Traders is not responsible for actions, choices and decisions made by each Winery regarding the states to which they sell and ship their products or the amount of sales tax and other charges charged to customers.
10. US Wine Traders will provide any and all information to enforcement agencies to enable them to enforce interstate liquor sales laws without any further authorization or notice to the winery.
11. All payments to SoftOrigins are non-refundable.
